The Impact of Soldiers Death on Their Families
Tomorrow is 14th February, every couple is eagerly waiting for this day to celebrate fully with their loving partner. Lovers are planning a surprise for their partner and married couples will celebrate this day wonderfully on going to romantic vacation.
But there is a pain in my heart. It hurts, whenever that incident happens, but it is the harsh reality of our military. Being from an army background, I can feel the pain of that woman whose husband died on his duty. Sorrow of soldiers died in Pathankot attack was not ended yet and yesterday another brave soldier "Hanumanthappa" breathed his last breath at 11.45am.
A soldier's passing leaves their family devoid and depressed. Some soldier's are newly married and some left their wives and children alone in this world. Those young and innocent kids of these brave soldiers even don't understand why their father suddenly disappeared from their lives? The impact of soldier's death on their families cannot be defined in words. The most important member of a family when suddenly passes away, you don't know what to expect from your life. Ever wondered how these families manage to live. It is something we should never forget in our life. Their scarifices are the reason behind our peaceful days and night. They are the protector of our nation. They are on duty 365days. They never celebrate any festival, they don't go on vacations, they just lived their life for our nation. It is our duty to remember their scarifice and what they have done for us.
I think the best way to honor these families is to support them emotionally, and financially. They need our support to overcome this situation. It is our duty to be with them in this critical situation.
Let's take a pledge not to celebrate valentine's day this year to support these brave wives of soldiers who have recently lost their husbands in the service to our country. I will pray to God to heal their wounds and give them the courage to face this difficult situation.
Last but not the least, Thank you so much for your sacrifices for our nation.
"A salute to all our soldiers."
